QUALIFICATIONS​

• Eighteen years of experience and more than 10,000 hours of massage therapy performed

• Certified and trained in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic, Positional Release, Reciprocal Inhibition, and Energy Balancing techniques

• Experienced in sports massage for professional and semi-pro athletes in cycling, ultra-running, skiing, and swimming

• Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT200)

• Fully certified, insured, and professional
